Experience: 5 years +
Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
Identify the needs and interests of clients and stakeholders.
Develop communication keeping in mind customer segmentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders to get the desired standardization in all forms of communication.
Create and maintain communication framework for all customer facing communication.
Implement the organisations communication plan in order to increase brand awareness.
Track, measure, analyse and report on current communication efforts.
Maintain customer centricity at the core of all interactions
