Roles and Responsibilities

About Company:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting of Compliance Audits
  • Conducting of Process Audits
  • Ensuring compliance IRDAI Regulations
  • Handling various Compliance aspects
  • Vetting and filing of advertisements as per IRDAI Regulations
  • Resolving queries of various department on Regulatory aspects
  • Filing of Regulatory Returns with the IRDAI
  • Preparation of analytical MIS for above activities and presentation to the management
  • Monitoring transactions under Anti Money Laundering Regulations
  • Working with functional units in ensuring key risks are identified, assessed, reported and managed
  • Work on various risk initiatives such as Risk & Control Assessments (RCSA), Incident Reporting & Operational Loss reporting

Qualification: Graduate

Skills / experience required: Working in Operations / PARM / Risk / Compliance department in insurance industry (Life / Health / General)
