Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with RSMs to establish and execute the sales goal for the regions.
• Indirectly helping & managing the sales team consisting of RSM/ZSM/ASM in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Planning & forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals for the regions along-with the RSMs
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Deliver on the volume & value targets, distribution goals, productivity etc.
• Business plan on achieving & increasing sales of the brands
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area in all paraments
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding Modern Trade network
• Training & building capabilities of the field force in the region
• Proper reporting & ensuring disciplined process of data capture & analysis
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Developing sales strategies to achieve the targets set for the entire regions
• Collecting trade customer feedback and keeping up to date with competitive intelligence

Salary: INR 35,00,000 - 45,00,000 PA.
