â¢ Planning & forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals for the regions along-with the RSMs
â¢ Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
â¢ Deliver on the volume & value targets, distribution goals, productivity etc.
â¢ Business plan on achieving & increasing sales of the brands
â¢ Reaching the targets and goals set for your area in all paraments
â¢ Establishing, maintaining and expanding Modern Trade network
â¢ Training & building capabilities of the field force in the region
â¢ Proper reporting & ensuring disciplined process of data capture & analysis
â¢ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
â¢ Developing sales strategies to achieve the targets set for the entire regions
â¢ Collecting trade customer feedback and keeping up to date with competitive intelligence
