Job Purpose:

  • To provide highest level of services to our customers
  • To educate customers on our various products related to cosmetics and food supplements
  • To acquire new customers and retain existing customer

Job Responsibilities:

  • To convert the leads into successful sales
  • place customer orders in the computer system
  • Capture customer interactions, Provide product and service information to customers
  • Support in achieving business goals
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.

Required Skill:

  • Effective Communications, fluency in English is a must
  • Good at listening and convenience skills
  • Good at writing and reading ability.
